On the heels of a strong 2013, Adonel Concrete is poised to reach new heights in 2014 with a host of new projects already underway. Adonel’s team of professionals is committed to delivering only the best quality results for its clients.
“With the recent opening of our Fort Pierce plants we have geared up to expand our projects throughout the region,” said Luis Garcia, president of Adonel. “We are off to a great start and pleased to be representing some new clients on their exciting projects.”
Among Adonel’s noteworthy new projects in 2014 are Atlantic Commons, a three-story apartment complex in Delray Beach which will consist of 14 buildings and is expected to require approximately 13,000 cubic yards of concrete. Adonel is working with L&R Structural Corporation on Atlantic Commons.
Adonel will soon be pouring concrete at Alta Dadeland, a 14-story condominium project in the Dadeland area being built by KD Construction. It is anticipated that the project will require 36,000 cubic yards of concrete.
Further emphasizing its expanded capabilities to deliver concrete on time anywhere in South Florida are such projects as the Cleveland Cancer Center project in Weston which began in February and has Adonel working alongside GO-TILT Construction and the Miramar Readiness Center, a government project being built by MCM.
Adonel is working with Jett Concrete on the construction of three Walmart Super Centers in Homestead, North Miami and Fountainbleau and three Walmart Neighborhood Markets in Delray Beach, West Miami and Miami Gardens.
“We’ve recently completed projects at the Broward County Center for the Performing Arts, Broward County Parking Garage and Hialeah Preferred Freezer, said Garcia. “I am proud of the hard work and dedication of each of our team members and I have no doubt that the best is still yet to come.”
