The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling concrete and block and must possess strong negotiation skills and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
•High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
•10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred

Responsibilities
•Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
•Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects
•Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
•Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
•Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
•Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
•Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
•Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make plant repairs and perform maintenance in a timely manner to ensure continuous operations
• Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, and scheduling
• Identify multiple projects and prioritize work to maximize plant productivity
• Perform maintenance and repair of various types of plant equipment across various plant locations
• Follow all applicable safety regulations and policies. • Performing routine, preventative, diagnostic, and repair maintenance on all plant equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
• May require travel to potentially any of our plant locations based on need.
• Will perform other duties as assigned by management personnel.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends.
• Must be able to work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following Company safety guidelines and following company policies.
• Must be able to work flexible hours. Hours vary by week.
• Must be able to do moderately strenuous work, ability to lift over 50 pounds, and endure long periods of standing/walking/sitting as well as continuous strenuous activities such as frequent reaching, bending, or lifting.
• This position is an outdoor position exposed to all weather conditions.
Education Requirements:
• Two years’ experience with general plant maintenance preferred (diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems)
• Previous welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment operation experience
• Ability to solve problems
• Ready-mix industry knowledge or related industry a plus
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair,

Senior Accountant (Management Accountant)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for financial reporting, cost analysis, and providing insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, experience with accruals and reconciliations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze financial statement trends and prepare variance explanations for management.
• Compile and organize monthly financial commentary for leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with cost and revenue analysis.
Accruals, Balance Sheet & Closing
• Manage accrual methodologies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations; coordinate the preparation and submission of quarterly census reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for audits.
Inventory, Cost Allocation & Operations Support
• Perform monthly inventory analysis, conduct physicals, and investigate variances.
• Manage work orders and allocate costs across trucks, plants, and projects.
• Track fixed asset projects from work-in-progress through capitalization, maintaining full backup documentation.
Process Improvement & Controls
• Streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Skilled in variance analysis, inventory management, and cash flow support.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of our heavy equipment including a fleet of concrete mixer trucks, flatbed trucks, forklifts, and other light vehicles.

The Batching Operator operates a stationary plant that produces Ready-Mix concrete.
Job Functions:
• Manages raw materials
