ADONEL CONCRETE ANNOUNCES FIRST BLOCK PLANT FOR COMPANY

MIAMI, January 21, 2015 – The new-year is picking-up right where 2014 left off for Adonel Concrete as the Miami-based company continues to fulfill its expansion plan with the addition of a new block plant to the list of service locations in South Florida.

Opening in West Palm Beach at 1926 Skees Road, the facility is the first of its kind for the company and has the capability to produce 30,000 blocks per day. The facility is located adjacent to the recently opened concrete plant at the same location and will serve Broward, Palm Beach and Martin counties.

“We are growing and evolving into a full-service company,” said Luis Garcia, president of Adonel Concrete.  “By providing finished concrete block we can accommodate the needs of a variety of projects in the area that require both smaller and larger concrete block demands.”

Adonel Concrete was founded in 1984 and currently maintains 12 plants in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce. In 2010, Adonel expanded its operations to Haiti to help rebuild damaged areas. The company now operates three plants in Haiti and is supplying concrete for a number of projects in Port-au-Prince and other parts of the country. Adonel has more than 250 employees and a fleet of 150 trucks.
